  And the coffees are bipolar at best. Half the time good, half the time with no froth and a burnt plastic taste.

  Look I'm giving two stars because when they get it right the coffee is really good. But my question is, when are they going to start being consistent? In the last couple months I have gotten a coffee at least 3 mornings a week. And almost all of them have been either half froth, or a small coffee in a medium cup. And honestly, how hard is it to put the lid on the cup properly?? Is this a staff training issue, or just a "I don't care" issue or a "I need to rush customers through as fast as I can" issue? Either way that issue needs to be addressed, we are sick of coffee spilling out of the cup into the cars cup holder area or all over our pants (when the cup is properly filled anyway)

  Thornton Macdonald's has fantastic young staff and says YES with a smile, driving the family restaurant name. This one practically young girl Nikita Taylor made our 6 year olds birthday perfect. great job guys

  The staff are deadset useless, orders are constantly stuffed up, if you go 10 times they mite get it right once! the food looks like its just been thrown in the box and its normally cold, in all honestly a bunch of trained monkeys could do a better job. BY FAR THE WORST MCDONALDS IN THE STATE!!!
