  Been waiting on a quote for a carport for 2 weeks now. Been promised the quote 4 times after phone calls to check status. Do yourself a favour and only buy what's on the shelf as doing their job is too difficult for the staff.

  I'm about to go to this Stratco store for the first time, so far so good by phone, they have the product I need and the price is better than all the other 4 businesses I have tried, bunnings don't even have the product i need, I am a bit concerned about the reviews saying bunnings is better service and cheaper compared to Stratco. If that is the case then i'm in big trouble because bunnings I have found that it is the worst for service and price and the reason i'm travelling 4hours to go out of my town for hardware is because they don't have the products i need and when they do they are more expensive and the service, well bunnings don't have any service, or they set kids on you that know nothing and just waste your time and send you on a wild goose chase.

  Went to buy rope. The label on the rope roll and shelf said $2.49 / meter. So I got 10. Got to the register and it scanned at $4.90 / meter. They forced me to pay for it. Do yourself a favour NEVER shop at Stratco. Make the effort to travel to your nearest Bunnings for better customer service.
